Obtaining, collecting and processing of data when using the site

In order to improve contact with the Company, the site includes a contact form designed for dialogue with Users, including questions, feedback and the like.

The use of the contact form is voluntary and results in the Company acquiring some of the personal data provided by the User, such as name, surname, e-mail address, IP address, subject and content placed in the contact form. This occurs for the sole purpose of establishing a dialogue and providing the User with the information he/she requested.

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to contact the User using the contact form in order to provide the User with the information he/she requested, or to answer the question or respond to the opinion expressed.

In addition, we would like to inform you that a special security protocol is used to ensure the protection of Users’ personal data during their transfer.

It is also possible to transfer personal data in other ways, depending on the needs of the User, it may be an e-mail message addressed to the Company in order to obtain information, initiate and carry out a complaint procedure or any other matter requested by the User. Each time the Company requires the User to provide only the data necessary to provide the service or perform the task entrusted.

Sending a contact form to the Company or an e -mail message, is tantamount to the User’s consent to the collection and processing of personal data by the Company.

The Company does not collect personal data from minors, but if, nevertheless, a person under 18 years of age provides such data, the Company will attempt to contact his/her parents or legal guardians, and if the parents or legal guardians determine that there has been a transfer of personal data by a minor under their care, the Company encourages them to make contact to delete the data.

In certain cases stipulated by law, the Company is required to share personal data and other information with public authorities in connection with the performance of their functions. In addition, it is worth remembering that the website may contain links that allow Users to go to other websites. Personal data is also processed for statistical purposes in order to observe how Users use the site and analyze search behavior, as well as display customized content for the User. Rights of the User who has provided personal data 

Any User who has provided personal data by means of a contact form or otherwise has the inalienable right to inspect the data he has provided, to correct such data, to update such data. In addition, the User may at any time request the suspension of the processing of such data, their deletion, the cessation of their processing, the restriction of the processing of personal data, as well as may exercise the right to data portability, withdraw consent to specific processing (if such consent is granted) and object to the processing of personal data, in particular when the purpose for which they were collected is no longer valid or has been fulfilled. In such a case, the User should contact the Company via the contact information indicated in the section Obtaining, collecting and processing data when using the site. The User is also entitled at any time to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if the User believes that personal data has been processed in violation of applicable data protection laws.

Rights vested in the Administrator

The Company may refuse to delete the data of the User in question, if their preservation proves indispensable for the purpose of realization of the Company’s legally protected interests, or if this is required by mandatory laws.

In addition, the Company will have the right to process personal data provided by the User in order to carry out the dialogue initiated by the User by filling in the contact form, or in any other way, including providing the User with information about other entities related to the Company, if it corresponds to the scope of the inquiry or the scope of the information requested by the User.
